The toy train established back in 1881 still runs in this part and is also one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites. The third highest peak in the world and the highest in India, the Kanchenjunga peak 28,169 feet (8,586 m) are clearly visible from here and you can enjoy a panoramic view of the peak. Some of Darjeeling’s most popular attractions include monasteries, botanical gardens, a zoo, and the Darjeeling-Rangeet Valley Passenger Ropeway cable car which happens to be the longest Asian cable car. Day-1, Arrive NJP – Darjeeling (80 km / approx 3 hour drive)
Pick up from NJP Railway Station & transfer to Darjeeling. Then check into the hotel. Evening is free for personal activities. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day – 2, Darjeeling Sightseeing
After Breakfast Darjeeling local sightseeing Tiger Hill, Khangchendzongha, P.N.Zoological Park, Tea Garden, Japanese Temple etc. Evening is free for local marketing. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day – 3, Darjeeling – Lava (98 km / approx 3 h 50 min drive)
After Breakfast transfer to Lava. Arrive & check in to the hotel. After lunch visit Lava Sightseeing: – Lava Monastery, Changey falls. Overnight stay at Lava.
Day – 4, Lava – Loleygaon (60.0 km / approx 3h 10 min drive)
After breakfast transfer to Loleygaon. Arrive & check in to the hotel. After lunch visit the beauty of Heritage Forest, take the thrill of Canopy Walk and towering Mount Kanchenjunga. Overnight stay at Lolleygaon
Day – 5, Loleygaon – NJP station (110.0 km / approx 4h drive)
Early morning visit Sunrise Point. After breakfast drop to NJP Railway Station.
